Peacefully at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville on Saturday January 3, 2009. Frances Verbena (Ross) Goodyear of Brockville (formerly of Toronto) aged 98 years. Beloved wife of the late Edward Goodyear. Frances is survived by her cousins Jo Anne Darrah and her husband David and their family, Clifford Ross and his family both of Brockville. Predeacesed by her parents John Francis Ross and his wife Emiline Mae (Broomer) Ross, son Douglas, aunt Jo Anna Cowles and special friend Edwin Morningstar. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Monday from 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday January 6, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment will take place at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Oak Leaf in the Spring.
