Dear Christine & Family,
We were saddened to hear of Aunt Florence's passing and we apologize for not being able to convey our condolences in person. I have fond memories of Aunt Florence & Uncle Bob coming to visit my parents, Bill & Gertie Emon, and quite often they brought Aunt Mildred with them. It was a treat to get to Lansdowne to visit family when we were younger and I always found Aunt Florence to be soft spoken and such a lady. I know that she has joined Uncle Bob, but I also know how difficult it is to say good-bye to your Mom. We pray that you and your family find comfort in the memories that you hold so dear in your heart. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sorrowful time.
God Bless ~ Debbie & Mike Sul

Our condolences to all of Florence's Family on her passing. You don't know me Christine but I went to Lansdowne Continuation School with your Mom over 60 years ago and have many fond memories of time spent with her skating, playing hockey and so on. She was such a happy jolly person and so much fun to be around. It was always nice to see her on occasions when we were back in Lansdowne visiting family and friends. Saw her at the Rapid Valley about a year ago and we had a good chat about old times. Again our deepest sympathy to you Christine and all your family - you are all in our prayers at this sad time.

Christine,
My thoughts are with you at this difficult time. Your Mom & I were friends in the late 40's and earlyn 50's. It was great fun to reconnect with her as we planned the LCHS reunion.Florence was our goto person for locating formerv stutents, she knwe everyone. Your Mom aways spoke with such affection for her family and was also vey busy in the community. You may have known my sister Shirley, she had said how well liked Florence was in the village. Your loss is very personel, Lansdowne has also lost a friend as well.
Sincerely
Gail Abrams (Nunn)

Our sincere sympathy to Florence's family. We knew Florence's parents, Bill &Vada very well from cottage time on Killenbeck Lake. We reconnected several times and caught up on the news when we would bump into her having a meal at Rapid Valley. A lovely lady.
Cherish all the memories.

I'm so sorry to hear of Florence's passing- she was so friendly- I loved to see her come in to Rapid Valley and always thought she was so generous to the other ladies that seemed to be as much family as friends.
I'm sure your family will miss her greatly.
