Beloved husband of Joan (Lascelle) Byrd. Loving father of Richard Byrd (Mindy) of Surrey BC, Robert Byrd (Shanna) of Coquitlam BC, Karen Palaisy and Miley Raas both of Brockville. Cherished grandfather of Shorey Lea Andrews, Taylor Raas, Michael Raas, Darien Palaisy and Siobhan Byrd. Predeceased by parents Gordon and Hazel (Johnston) Byrd, brother Gordon Byrd and sister Norma Howe. At Richard's request a Private Family Service will be held.
