Carl David Polite of Maynard age 78 years, beloved husband of Keitha (Kelso) Polite. Dear father of Diane Ayres (Dan) of R.R.#5 Kemptville and David Polite (Kim) of R.R.#4 Brockville. Loving poppa of Nicole Ayres of Toronto. Also survived by a sister Ruth Shaver of Ottawa and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by his parents Stephen Polite and his wife Ada (Ewart) Polite, 3 sisters Rhea Bowers, Dorothea White, Olive Mortensen and a brother Ken Polite. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday August 31, 2009 at 2:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Maynard Cemetery.
