Loving mother of Jean Cooper (Glen Moulton), Brenda Martin (Chris) and Brian Cooper (Penny). Cherished grandmother of Brittany Cooper, Alexandria Moulton, Ashleigh and Caitlin Cooper, Zoe Martin, Tyler, Hailie, Mylah and the late Gage Cooper; and great grandmother of Carter Hood. Dear sister of Shirley McIntyre, Robert and Joseph Foley, Susan Greer, Lucy and Arnold Foley and the late Garry, Jamie and Bernard Foley. Also survived by other siblings Ronnie, Ricki and Chris Smith and Harry Foley. Also predeceased by parents Bernard and Violet (Wilson) Foley. Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday January 2nd, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
