SHEWAN, Gowan “Duff” Laurie Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Charles St. Site on Tuesday February 16th, 2016. Duffy Shewan of Brockville aged 86 years. Loving son of the late Laurence and Grace (Anderson) Shewan. Dear brother of Thomas Shewan (Wanda) of Brockville, Barbara Mattock (late Colin) of Toronto, Eric Shewan (late Loreen) of Mountain and the late Jim Shewan (Phyllis), Elizabeth Hodge (Stan), Ruth Coon (Gerald) and David Shewan in infancy. Also survived by children Tom Shewan (Laurene), Robin Warren, Donna Shpunt (William) and Jimmy Shewan (Kristen) all of Connecticut; and grandchildren Kelly and Cody Shpunt. At Duff’s request there will be no service at this time. In memory of Duff, donations to the Salvation Army would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
