COUPLAND, Rita Julia Suddenly, entered into rest at home on Saturday February 27th, 2016. Rita nee Kemp of Prescott aged 95 years. Faithful wife of the late Cyril "Scottie" Coupland. Loving mother of Michael Coupland of Greenville SC, Linda Joyce Bishop (Joe) of England and Julia Valin of Prescott. Cherished grandmother of Sabrina, Kate, Chris, Jacquelyne and James; and great grandmother of Brittany, Ben, Kaitlyn, Phoebe, Paisley, Alliyah, Jackson, Jisaiia and James Jr. Dear sister of Vera, Margaret, Joyce and the late Eileen. A Celebration of Rita's life will be held on her birthday on Monday July 4th, 2016 from 11a.m. to 5 p.m. at 373 Centre Street in Prescott. In memory of Rita, donations to the United Way supporting a youth literacy program would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
