Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday March 18th, 2016, Joyce (Darling) Stanton aged 88 years. Loving mother of Barbara Juneau (Jacques) of Iroquois, Lynne Henderson of Kingston and Paul Stanton of White Rock BC. Cherished grandmother of Richard Juneau (Tracy), Julia Carriere (Guy), Marc Juneau (Cathy), Lindsay Cunningham (Dan), Jeffrey Henderson (Ashleigh), Matthew Henderson (Christine), Jaclyn Stanton and Jennifer Stanton; and great grandmother of Jessica (Talis), Joshua, Cameron, Mathieu, Aiden, Owen, Ty, Ethan, Finn, Zander and Marissa. Also survived by sister Claire Emmons of Tiverton and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Albert Stanton and her parents Ernest and Alma (Powell) Darling. By the request of Joyce, cremation with a Private Graveside Service at a later date. In memory of Joyce donations to the Ongwanada Resource Centre would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
