Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital as a result of an accident on Saturday April 23, 2016. Thomas John Williams Smith of Brockville aged 27 years. Loving son of Wendy Williams and Ron Smith, dear brother of Victoria Smith (Tim Gouthro) of Brockville. TJ is also survived by his grandmother Shirley McIntyre of Spencerville as well as his many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. Predeceased by his grandparents, Catherine and Jack Williams and by great grandparents Bun and Violet Foley and cousin Devin Harris. Family and Friends may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Wednesday April 27, 2016 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Interment will be at a later date.
