Beloved wife of the late John Topping and Harold Lewis Gibson. Dear mother of Jean Tuck (John) of North Augusta, John Topping. Pearl Matthews (Dan) and Charles Topping (Cathy) both of Smiths Falls. Mrs. Gibson is survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as a brother Harold Shire of Saskatchewan and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Charles William Shire and his wife Fanny Eagle, as well as a daughter Frances Baugh,2 sons Bruce Topping and Ray Topping and a sister Rosella Moxley. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville on Friday from 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service for Mrs. Gibson will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, September 20th, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Mallorytown Cemetery.
