Wallace, Dylan William Clayton September 25, 1998 ~ July 28, 2016 Passed away at the very young age of 17, Dylan’s unfortunate passing was due to his complications with diabetes. Dylan William Clayton Wallace was the loving son to Michelle Wallace and step son to Hugh Farrelly and Todd Crate. Dylan will be missed by his two brothers Dawson, Jordan and his little sister Kaitlyn. Dylan is survived by his grandparents Cathy Dye, Clayton Wallace, Heather and Oliver Crate and Bonnie Farrelly (Al) and will be missed dearly by his Aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
