Randy is survived by his brother Bill Jr. (Michelle) of Kemptville, his grandmother Dorothy Haggart of St. Lawrence Lodge, a nephew Aiden Haggart as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins. Randy was predeceased by a brother Robbie in 1998.
