I am so saddened as I, just now, heard of Rog's passing. We had talked in the spring and wished each other well as we battled cancer. I was in the middle of treatment when he passed and I assume that is why I didn't hear the news. I, am now, thankfully cancer free. Rog was a Morris (my Dad's family) friend since he was a teen. In the last couple years he, Faye and I have had some great visits and shared Chinese food as we talked past supper time! It was so good to reminisce with my life tong friend. I enjoyed babysitting you three kids when we lived on Wright Crescent and liked popping over to visit Faye. Lots of good memories. My deepest sympathy to your family as you mourn the loss of your husband, dad and grandfather. The rest of us mourn the loss of a great guy.

Our deepest sympathies to all the Tennant family, and especially to Faye, during this time of loss and bereavement. Many are the memories we share of Earl, one of the Tennant trio of brothers, who spent much time in Junetown, farming with Jim and Jack. He loved the maple syrup season and could be totally depended upon to arrive in spring to assist with this. We know he will be dearly missed and we think of each one of you at this time and send our thoughts and prayers.

"Do Not Stand At My Grave And Weep" by Mary Elizabeth Frye
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there. I did not die

Dear Fay, Debra, Wendy and David,
Please accept our condolences with the passing away of your treasured husband and father. Earle was a great guy with awesome principles!
You have a graveside funeral which will give me problems with standing for a while.
So please forgive me. Earle will always be in my memory.
I have donated to the Brockville General Hospital Foundation.
Fay, please be strong and hang in.
