Passed away at Trillium Long Term Care in Kingston on Tuesday December 6, 2016. Helen (Hall) Higgins of Kingston formerly of Brockville aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late William Charles Higgins. Dear mother of Pat Higgins (Bonnie), Michele Harvey (the late Jack) and Dan Higgins (Linda). Cherished grandmother of Jamie Higgins, Matt Higgins, Kelly Harvey ,Janet Enright and Heidi Garrison and 11 great grandchildren, predeceased by her parents George and Celia (Belmont) Hall, her brothers Allen Hall (Mary), Jack Hall in WWII, and her sister Isabel Ray (Lorne). We would like to thank the Garden Unit Staff at Trillium, and the Retirement staff for their special care of our Mom. A Family Celebration of Mom's life will be at a later date. Interment will take place at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery. In memory of Helen, donations to Alzheimer's Association would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
