BURGESS, Betty Margaret Peacefully entered into the arms of her Saviour at Sherwood Park Manor, Brockville on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, in her 93rd year. Betty is survived by her loving husband Gordon and cherished daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Allen Zabel of Kingston. Betty was adored by her three grandchildren, Chris, Tracy and Shelley and her great grandson Edan. Also survived by her brother-in-law, Don Burgess and his wife Ruth. Predeceased by her parents Myrtle and Herman Turner and 3 brothers Harry, Mortie and Morley. Betty will be fondly remembered by a nephew and several nieces as well as her many friends. Betty lived her life with a strong faith and in service to others. She "walked humbly with her God." A private family service will be held at a later date.
