Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital, on Tuesay August 12, 2008. Alred Edward McKenney of RR# 2 Brockville age 87 years. Beloved husband of the former Cora Plant, dear father of Joan Byers (Wayne) and Dennis McKenney (Ada) all of Brockville. Survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Brother of Thelma Kyle, Lloyd McKenney and Ruth Snowdon. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents James McKenney and his wife Ada McKenney Christman and a sister Beatrice Corr. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday August 14, 2008 from 1-2 p.m. The Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
