Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Saturday August 30, 2008. William (Bill) Charles Mackey of Brockville aged 81 years. Beloved husband of the late Yvonne Levigne Mackey and Mary Lucy Hone Mackey. Dear brother of Alan Mackey and his wife Peggy of Carleton Place, David Mackey and his wife Mary of Welland and Barbara Tremills of Bedford, NS. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and a step-grandson L.Col Mark Gendron and his wife Shaune of Ottawa. Predeceased by his parents George Mackey and his wife Florence Coughlan Mackey and 2 brothers Donald Mackey of Montreal and Gordon Mackey of Toronto. The Funeral Service for Mr. Mackey will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday September 4, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery.
