Entered into rest with family by her side on Tuesday May 16, 2017, Dirma (Moraal) Butcher of Elizabethtown aged 64 years. Beloved wife of Harry Edward Butcher and the late Herman Kaldeway . Loving mother of Angela VanMourik (Richard), Emily Castle (Andrew) and Dan Kaldeway (Lisa). Cherished grandmother of Connor and Sarah Haggett, Jackson and Micheala VanMourik, Sophie, Evan, Isaac and Isabelle Castle. Dirma is survived by her siblings Gera Gutenberg, Arie Moraal (Nancy), Nellie Locke (John) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Arie and Aartje (Vanbeekhuizen) Moraal, brothers Gerald and Ralph Moraal. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at Centennial Road Church on Saturday May 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
