Peacefully with his family by his side at 12 noon at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Friday October 10, 2008. Gordon Harry McBratney of Brockville aged 60 years. Beloved father of Tamara McBratney of Ottawa and Laura McBratney of Brockville. Dear brother of Jean Jenson, Mary Henderson, Kathleen Baldwin, all of Brockville, Margaret McBratney of Ottawa and George McBratney of Toronto. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and his best friend Barry Wilkins of Brockville. Predeceased by his parents Harry McBratney and his wife Edith Irene Carpenter, and a brother Alan McBratney. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funerl Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, October 15th. 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Manhard Cemetery.
