Obituary of Carolyn Ann Swan Humber

Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Saturday November 25th, 2017.  Carolyn (Johnson) Swan Humber of Brockville aged 74 years. Beloved wife of the late Andrew Humber. Loving mother of Blake Swan of Ottawa and Dale Swan of Brockville. Cherished grandmother of Chelsea and Colton Swan. Dear sister of Sandra Gibson, Pat Johnson, Susan Belanger, Bob and David Johnson and Cathy Hutton. Daughter of the late Scotty and Marion (O’Connor) Johnson  

A Graveside Funeral Liturgy will be held at the Old St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, south side of Highway 2 West, Brockville, on Saturday April 7th, 2019 at 11:30 a.m.  In memory of Carolyn donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
