After a courageous battle, at the Kingston General Hospital with his wife by his side on Saturday July 19, 2008. William Paul Joseph Van Hiel of Brockville age 23 years. Beloved husband of Chantal Patricia (Duval) Van Hiel. Dear son of Randy and Arlene (Levere) Van Hiel of Mallorytown. Son-in-law of Hormidas Duval of North Augusta and Lorraine Lavoie of Brockville. Paul is survived by 2 brothers and 2 sisters, his paternal grandparents Bill and Audrey Van Hiel of Brockville. Uncle of Dustin, Dakota, Brady and Teyah. Also survived by several Aunts and Uncles. Paul will be missed by his Rugby Brothers on the Privateer Rugby Team. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday July 24, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Glen Elbe Cemetery.
