We would like to offer our most heart-felt condolences to all of Betty’s family at this most difficult time! I can tell you without a doubt that Airie thoroughly enjoyed caring for Betty during the months that have passed and we both had a lump in our throat and a tear in our eyes when we learned of Betty’s passing! Almost every single time that Airie returned home after her visits with Betty, she had a story or 2 to share with me which allowed us a laugh and made us feel closer to this wonderful woman! Airie always loved all the “Little Walks” she had with this beautiful soul! Betty and myself both shared a love of Frank Sinatra and Airie texted me one night when Betty was singing one of her favourites and told me how happy she looked while she sang! Although it’s always very tough when we lose a close family member, we must take comfort in knowing that they are now safely in the arms of the Lord......God blessed Betty’s family with over 93 years of precious memories and for that, I’m sure you’ll agree, you all should be very grateful and truly celebrate a life well lived!
