Peacefully with his family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Wednesday August 13th 2008. Charles (Charlie) Joseph Dixon of Brockville age 68 years. Beloved husband of Diane Harbridge Dixon. Dear father of Carol Guild and her husband Joe of R. R. # 3 Mallorytown and loving grandfather of Emily Dawn Guild. Survived by sisters-in-law Judy Elliott of Cambridge, Shirley Matchett of Trenton and a brother-in-law Carmen Harbridge and his wife Debbie of Smiths Falls. Also survived by good friends Gerry Parish and Roland Lugthart of Brockville. Predeceased by his parents Leonard Dixon and his wife Mary McCoy Dixon and a half sister Dora. At the request of Mr. Dixon there will be no visitation or service at the funeral home. A graveside service will be held at Greenbank Cemetery, Rocksprings at a later date. In memoriams to the Brockville General Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
