Obituary of Jack Preston
Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St. Site on Tuesday May 15th, 2018. Ernest John Preston of Brockville aged 82 years. Beloved husband of Geraldine Shirley (Earl) Preston. Loving father of Lisa (Aaron Badour) of Lyn and Janet (Peter Riemersma) of Brockville. Cherished grandpa to Anna, Jackie, Allison, and Brandon, great grandpa to Lily and Beth. Dear brother of Mary Male (Grant) of Hamilton, Andy Preston (Shirleen) of Smiths Falls. Brother in law to Gladys Preston of Lindsey. Also missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Kimberley, brother Gary and by his parents Robert and Anna (Bell) Preston.
Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday May 18th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In memory of Jack donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Christ Church Athens or Brockville Palliative Care would be appreciated by the family.
