Aunt Carole was one of the nicest people I’ve been honoured to know and be related to. She always had a smile and/or hardy laugh, along with a homemade treat to accompany it.... and boy did she make the best. Nobody could top her food.. and I mean nobody!! She had her mother’s talent to cook and bake, and her visits reminded me of Grandma Smith, whom I also adored. I remember my mom chatting with her on the phone and laughing throughout their conversations as sisters do; her joking nature and my moms quick whit were an infectious combination. My visits with her in years gone by, were always an enjoyment, and my family along with myself, loved her dearly. Her tender heart for people will always stand out in memory. I want to offer condolences to my cousins, aunts and uncles whom are mourning her loss at this time. May precious memories fill your hearts with love and may God bless you with His peace at this difficult time. ❤️ Kim Simpson
