Beloved husband of the late Charlotte (Mundy) Harper. Dear father of Ernie Harper (Jennifer), Barbara Barbour (Jim) and Beverley Whiten (Frank) all of Brockville. Loving grandfather of Brent Harper, Anne Harper, Heather Stranges, Kevin Barbour, Stacey Rossi, Kelly Riley and Tracy Whiten. Also survived by 12 great grandchildren and his sister Thelma Giff of Smiths Falls.
