Obituary of Albert Edward Cain

Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday August 1, 2018, at the age of 76. He leaves behind his wife Laura, 5 children, Shirley Cain, Sheila Gurbec (Sadik), Wendy Hutchings (Bruce), Edward Cain (Heather) and Jason Cain (Paula), 9 grandchildren Brandon, Bridget and Alberta Stevason, Eldon and Grant Hutchings, Kourtney and Ryan Kelly, Teesha and Brittany Cain and 10 great grandchildren. Albert is survived by a sister Mabel. Predeceased by his parents Owrine and Winnifred (Armstrong) Cain, a brother Ivan and a sister Gladys. 

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday August 9, 2018 from 11 a.m-1:45 p.m. The Celebration of Bert’s Life will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.  In memory of Albert, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
