Obituary of William James Hoy

Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday October 3rd, 2018. Jim Hoy, at the age of 97. Beloved husband of the late Helen Hoy (McCardle) and dear father of Bob Hoy (Terry-Jane), Alan Hoy (Kathleen) and Patty Hoy Berrea (Michael). Also survived by three grandchildren; Matthew Hoy (Jill), Daniel Hoy (Jaime) and Jim Fry (Danielle) and one great grandchild, Anna Hoy. Fondly remembered by his dear friend, Muriel Jones. Predeceased by his sister, Mary Abrams and his brother George Boyle.

Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday October 11, 2018 from 2 – 4 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Poppy Fund will be gratefully acknowledged.
