Obituary of Marie Nancy Anna MacDonald

Marie MacDonald (formerly of Morrisburg, ON) passed peacefully on October 6, 2018 in her 92nd year. Marie was the beloved mother of Karen (Peter MacKinnon), Mark (Wendy Clitheroe), Brenda (Howard Macumber), Bonnie (Doug Monteith).  She was the cherished Gramma Marie to Kimberley, Sean, Michael, James, Jennifer, Sarah, Ryan, Heather, Andrew, Matthew and great grandmother to 15 grandchildren.  Predeceased by parents James and Bessie (Ferguson) Eligh and brother Don Eligh. “To the world she was just one person, to us she was our world”.

There will be a private graveside service at Oakland Cemetery in Brockville. In memory of Marie donations to the City of Ottawa – Carleton Lodge Donor’s Trust, 55 Lodge Road, Ottawa, ON K2C 3H1 would be greatly appreciated by the family.
