Obituary of Reina Hamelin

Entered into rest at St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville on Monday February 25th, 2019. Reina Marie (nee Pigeon) Hamelin of Brockville aged 88 years. Beloved wife of Theodore “Theo” Hamelin. Dear mother of John Hamelin (Lee), Mike Hamelin (Theresa), Nicole Boyd (Edward)and Helene Aspin (Jim). Reina is also survived by 6 grandchildren, a sister Colette well as several nieces and nephews. Reina is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Rose (nee Jarvis) Pigeon and siblings Claude, Rita, Yvonne, Adle and Germaine. 

Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville on Thursday February 28, 2019 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. The liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church on Friday March 1, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.  In memory of Reina, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society  would be appreciated by family.  Messages of condolence may be sent online at ​www.barclayfuneralhome.com​.
