Peacefully passed on after a short illness on Saturday June 14th, 2014 at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site. Glenn Gardner beloved husband of Vera ((Roddick) Gardner for 64 years. Vera is living at the Helen Henderson Care Centre in Amherstview, ON in the Alzheimer area. Loving father of David (Dianne) of Amherstview, Paul (Helene) of Vaughan, Rodney (Kathy) of Surrey BC and Kevin (and his friend Lynn) of Brockville. Cherished grandpa of Bonny Niven (Wayne) of Inkerman, Caitlin Connors (Scott) of Amherstview and Stephane Coulombe of Gatineau; and great grandfather “poppa” of Abigail, Emiko and Mischa. Predeceased by parents Percy and Pat (Longmuir) Gardner and sister Ruth McCelland-Harvie. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville, on Saturday June 21st, 2014 from 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral Service from the Chapel at 11:00 am.
