Entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital Garden St. Site on Monday May 20th, 2019. Barbara (Poole) Kirkland of Brockville, age 67 years. Beloved wife of Kenneth Kirkland. Loving mother of Darren Kirkland (Sarah) of Mallorytown and Angel Smith (Matthew) of Spencerville. Cherished Nanny of Everly Kirkland, Carter and Kennedy Smith and great granddaughter Callie Kirkland. Stepmom to two sons and step grandmother to many. Dear daughter to the late Edgar and Beulah (Hodge) Poole and sister of Bill Poole (Sue), Donna Lowry, Sheila Birtch (Jack) and the late Margaret Cook.
The Memorial Visitation and Celebration of Barbara’s Life will take place at the Maplehurst Manor, 1258 County Road 2, Maitland on Saturday June 1st, 2019 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. In memory of Barbara donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Brockville District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.
