Obituary of Gwen Stevenson

Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville on Wednesday July 17th, 2019 with family by her side. Gwen (Williams) Stevenson of Brockville and formerly of Scotland aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Hugh Murray and Jimmy Stevenson. Loving mother of Grace Elliott (Barry), Jimmy Stevenson, Willy Stevenson (Kelly), Allan Stevenson (Kim) all of Brockville, Margaret Darke (Scott) of Maitland and the late Bobby Stevenson (Kathy). Survived by seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; and predeceased by one grandson. Daughter of the late Tom and Agnes (Haghison) Williams.

A private family service will be held. Cremation will take place with interment at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Gwen donations to the Alzheimer’s Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville.
