Obituary of Lloyd Keetch

Passed away peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Tuesday August 27th, 2019 with family by his side. Lloyd Keetch of Brockville aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Donna (Bolton) Keetch. Loving father of Brent Keetch (Lisa) of Petawawa and Jamie McAleer of Deep River. Cherished grandfather of Georgia and Karsyn Keetch. Predeceased by parents Arthur and Margaret (Sterritt) Keetch; and sisters Eleanor Farrelly and Betty Ann Hayes.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Lloyd’s main interest was his family and he loved attending all his granddaughters’ special events, especially family vacations. His love of the Toronto Maple Leafs was legendary; he never lost hope for a Stanley Cup. Lloyd also enjoyed collecting Nascar memorabilia and attending races.  Words cannot convey how much Lloyd will be missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Lloyd’s Life will be held at Bud’s On The Bay, 17 Broad Street, Brockville on Saturday September 21st, 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. In memory of Lloyd donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
