Obituary of Shirley Jane Grier

Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles St. Site on Thursday November 14, 2019. Shirley Jane Grier (Gray) aged 77 years. Beloved wife of W. Garry Grier and loving mother of Pamela Parr (David) and Paul Healy (Kelly). Step-mother of Michael Grier (Geeta), Robert Grier (Cindy), Kevin Grier and Lisa Grier (Tammy). Proud Granny to Kyle Healy (Christina), Ben Churchill, KayLee Parr, Carley, Dillon, Eve and Ali. Shirley is also survived by 2 great-granddaughters and 1 great-grandson, her brothers Lawson Gray (Shirley), Dale Gray (Sheila), a step-sister Lola Jackson (Murray) as well as numerous nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents Elwood and Olive Gray (nee Hannah) and a sister-in-law Frances Grier.

Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Saturday November16, 2019 from 10:00 am until 10:45 am. A Celebration of Shirley’s Life will be held in the Chapel at 11:00a.m. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery, Lansdowne.
