He was married to the late Margaret McKettrick (nee Jourdanet) for 66 years and was predeceased by his 6 brothers and sisters, Eileen, Cecelia, Sidney, Vincent, Fran and Marjory. Kenneth enlisted in the Navy during the Second World War, serving as a “First Class Stoker” on the mine sweeper HMCS Mahone. Following the war, he worked for Imperial Oil until his retirement in 1979. While Ken was with the oil company, he and Margaret lived for two years in Greece.
