Loving father of Steven Marion of Lyn and Cynthia Julien (Matt) of Morrisburg. Cherished poppa of Daymon, Jordis and Luka Julien. Dear son of the late Alonzo and Jeannine Marion: and brother of Paul (Sharon) of Prescott, Donald (Linda) of Johnstown and Daniel (Cindy) of Rocksprings, Diane Kulp of Smiths Falls and Gisele Amyotte (Jeff) of Kingston. Also missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Wednesday March 18th, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. followed by the Funeral Liturgy to celebrate Richard’s life to be held in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
