Entered into rest at the St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville on Thursday March 25, 2020. Vivian Shirley (Moffitt) Livingstone of Brockville aged 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Wilkins and David Livingstone. Dear mother of Barry Wilkins (Yvonne) and Larry Wilkins (Sharon). Loving grandmother of Angela Drake (Chris) and Diana Harris (Aaron) and great grandmother of Matthew, Julia, Kaelyn, Ethan and Ava; Yvonne and Sharon’s families. Vivian is survived by a her sister-in-law Phyllis Moffitt and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Eddie Wilkins, brothers Eber Moffitt overseas during WWII, Robert Moffitt, her sister Audrey Loucks and her parents Wilson and Clara (Loucks) Moffitt. A Celebration of Vivian’s Life will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville at a later date. Interment will at take place at Oakland Cemetery.
