Peacefully entered into rest in our Lord’s arms, at the Brockville General Hospital Charles St. Site on Tuesday March 31st, 2020. Irene (O’Grady) McGinnis of Lansdowne aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Ranson “Rance” McGinnis. Loving mother of Daniel (Jacqueline) of Lansdowne. Dear sister of Ralph O’Grady (Rosemary) of Lansdowne. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Loretta (Leeder) O’Grady, brothers Bernard and Clement O’Grady (Theresa) and sisters Helen Jackson and Pauline McKinnon (Al). Survived by brother-in-law Al Jackson and several nieces and nephews. Family were received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince St., Lansdowne for visitation followed by the Funeral Liturgy celebrating Irene’s life held in the Chapel. Interment at St. Patrick’s Cemetery. In memory of Irene, donations to the Gananoque and District Humane Society or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
