Entered into rest, with family by his side, at his residence in Brockville on Thursday July 2nd, 2020. Don Tantardini of Brockville and formerly of Guelph aged 89 years. Don’s grandparents settled from Italy to Georgetown and he was proud of his Italian heritage. Don retired from the Wellington Catholic School Board and relocated to Brockville in 1997. He was the beloved husband of the late Grace (Seaton) Tantardini. Loving father of Donna Howell-Ardington (Ken) of Brockville. Cherished grandfather of Kyle and Brandon. Also missed by brother John Tantardini of Beamsville; sister Dolly Tantardini of Guelph; sister-in-law Carmel of Guelph as well as the many nieces, nephews, grandkids and many friends and neighbors. The family pets Lucy, Poppy and Mouchacha are missing him very much. Predeceased by his parents Abel and Vera (Alles) Tantardini, brother Gerry Tantardini and sister Margaret Connors of Guelph and sister-in-law Mary Tantardini of Beamsville. A Celebration of Don’s Life will be held in Guelph, Ontario at a later date. Interment will take place in Guelph at the Marymount Catholic Cemetery on Friday July 17, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. Please understand in compliance with current Health and Public Safety Directives we need to be following social distancing protocols due to COVID-19.
