Peacefully entered into rest with family by her side, on Thursday August 27th, 2020 at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site. Ada (Lukassen) McKenney of Brockville aged 72 years. Beloved wife of Dennis Alred McKenney. Loving mother of Susanne Tait (Sean) of Kingston, Sheryl McKenney of Kitchener and Scott McKenney (Christine) of Brockville. Cherished Oma of Brayden, Mason, Aaron, Aidan, Roan, Scarlet, Allister and Riley. Dear sister of Maria Landry, Gerry Lukassen, Henry Lukassen (Patti Russell), Wilhelmina Lukassen, Anna Montgomery (Barclay), Nadina Rutherford (Stuart) and Lawrence Lukassen (Colleen). Daughter of the late Everhardus and Maria (Dijker) Lukassen. Also missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends will be received for visitation at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home on Monday August 31st, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
