Loving and Proud father of Michelle Meunier (Terry Belisle), Lisa Mendes (Marco) and Marcia Meunier (Julian Wilson). Grandfather of Sofia and Tiago Mendes, Nathan Belisle, Finlay and Bubba. Predeceased by his parents Edgar and Simone (Richard) Meunier and siblings Claudette, Pierre and Michael. Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Saturday November 14, 2020 from 1 – 4 p.m. Interment to be at a later date.
