Peacefully with his wife by his side at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Wednesday April 2, 2008. Thomas Richard (Dick) Hornby of Brockville (formerly of Cornwall) age 72 years. Beloved husband of Doreen Hornby. Dear father of Michael (Cathy) of Ottawa, Jeff of Toronto and Jennifer (Mark) of Chester, Maryland. Loving grandfather of Melissa, Adam Sydney, Chase and Jessica. Dick will be dearly missed by his family and friends. A Celebration of Dick's Life will commence at 12 noon on Sunday April 6, 2008, with a reception at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
