I remember packing a suitcase, and all of my Barbies, and visiting you ever summer, staying overnight in your bed (you always let me sleep on the bed while your slept on the couch)! You would make me special meals and pin curl your hair at the dining room table while I watched Goosebumps on TV or played with my Barbie's hair. We didn't have cable tv in the country so it was a treat to watch cable television! We'd go to No Frills and pick out all of the food we'd eat for the week, too. AND we'd take a taxi to go shopping, and eat Chinese food downtown! You would always read the ENTIRE newspaper everyday and we'd sit on the balcony and play cards. Your favorite was going out to watch the dancing at the fair to old country music. We went to one once. Good Bye Grammy.
