Scott-Kerr (Whitmore), Eileen passed peacefully and on her own terms with three sons by her side on February 22, 2021 at the age of 82. Eileen was happiest surrounded by family and friends. She was an active member of her church and community. She was full of life and her door was always open. Eileen was fortunate to have had two loves in life, predeceased by husbands Bernard Scott (1983) and Donald Kerr (2019). Loving mother of David Scott (Bev), Douglas Scott (Marla), Chris Scott (Lauren), Susanne Jeffery (Andrew) and David Kerr (Laurie). Devoted grandmother of Jason (Lindsay), Matthew (Nikki), Marie (Kyle), Chad (Jessica), Layne (Emma), Jade, Alicia (Ray), Jake (Lizzie), Grace, Gabrielle, Jessica, Mitchell, Neve and Alexa. Special Gigi of Kaleb, Finn, Maisie, Ava and Hannah. Survived by siblings Dorothy Evans, Mae Nowlan, Margaret Miller, Gladys Gunn, Raymond Whitmore (Carol), Gloria Blinkhorn (Dave), Danny Whitmore (Eileen), sister-in-law, Annette Whitmore as well as many extended family and close friends. Predeceased by parents William and Mary Whitmore, son baby Scott, daughter in law Margaret Scott, grandson Doug Scott Jr. as well as siblings and in laws Jimmy Whitmore (Helen), June Trickey (Russell), Bobby Whitmore, Arnie Whitmore (Anne), Gertie Franks (Bob), Ronnie Whitmore, Barb Nichols (Jim), Lomen Evans, Ron Nowlan, Lee Miller and Stan Gunn. A private graveside service has been held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Arrangements entrusted to Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St., E., Brockville.
