Richard, Shannon, Katie and Connor. Thank you for loving my beautiful friend Nancy and giving her such a rich, full and joyful life. I will always hear her voice in my head, giving me advice, comfort and perspective on whatever life threw at me. She was and will remain a bright light in this world. Nancy had a unique way of bringing a smile to people’s faces. She never hesitated to go out of her way for the people she cared for. Her personality was truly unique. Nancy’s spirit will live on in all who were touched by her in this life. I’ll miss her. My love goes out to Katie, Shannon and the rest of Nancy’s wonderful family.
I never got to meet the beautiful and vibrant woman so lovingly described in her obituary but I am grateful to her for my dear friend Katie who I met at McMaster many years ago. Katie is one of the most loving and vibrant people and I can see now where she gets that from. My sincere condolences to Nancy’s family and friends. My heart is broken! Nancy is was and will always be in my heart. She was a pillar of strength for me and a friend of my father whom he loved like an annoying little sister. Nancy’s humour, wit, smile and our long talks will be missed. Love you Nancy….until we meet again.
