Peacefully at Fox Run Retirement home, with her family at her side, on Monday, July 19th, 2021, in her 93rd year. Pauline, (nee Cheetham) was predeceased by her husband and life partner Leslie John. Special mother to Peter and Maureen (Puslinch), Brad and Alison (Kingston), Kelly and Maria (Hill Island) and David (Port Hope). Gram to Jacob and Laura, Sarah and Shelby, Eric and Phillip, and Bronte and Connor, and Great Gram to Ethan and Oliver. Married to a banker when that meant regularly relocating, she made a home for the family in St Catharines, Willowdale, Montreal and Mississauga. A Registered Nurse, Pauline worked in hospitals in all those locations. In retirement, they built their dream home in the Thousand Islands and loved their time on the River. Her sons want to acknowledge the special care she received at Fox Run during her last few years. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 24th, 1 pm at Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince Street, Lansdowne, Ontario followed by interment at Lyndhurst Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to St. Mark's Anglican Church Barriefield, or Lyndhurst Cemetery.
