DEIR, Lila Ann Peacefully entered into rest with family by her side at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday August 18th, 2021. Lila (McMullen) Deir of Brockville aged 82 years. Beloved wife of the late Ralph Deir and the late Jack Hayes; and partner of the late James Fairley. Dear daughter of the late Gordon and Dora (Lawrence) McMullen. Also missed by her Aunt Martha McMullen, close friend Joyce Stacey and many cousins, nieces and nephews. Lila was a long-time employee of Parke-Davis and she enjoyed travelling. Family and friends will be received for Visitation at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Sunday August 22, 2021 at 2 p.m. In memory of Lila, donations to the March of Dimes Brockville Assisted Living would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
