Entered into rest with her family by her side, at St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville on Tuesday March 18, 2008. Grace, in her 79th year, was predeceased by her beloved husband William Layfield. Dear mother of Matthew Layfield and wife Gail of Toronto and Susan Layfield-Dowell and husband Barry Marshall of Prescott. Dear Grandmother to Sarah, Brock, Tristan and Ashton Layfield. Predeceased by a sister Marie, and a brother Homer. Grace will be missed by many relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday March 26, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville. In memoriams to St. John's United Church, Brockville would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
