Passed away on Nov 13th at the Brockville General Hospital in his 78th year. Predeceased by his Mother Edith and Father Russell, brother Tony, and wife Lin. He is survived by his son Sean Binkley (Jennifer Cole), daughter Katherine Sargent, and Step Daughter Ericka Hunt (Will Hunt). Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Matthew, Cooper, Emily, Carter, Joshua, Clark, Morgan, Sophie, and Lincoln. Special friend Bonnie. Survived by his siblings Geoff Binkley (Marg), Linda Binkley, Charlie Binkley (Indra) and Paul Binkley (Sylvia) and numerous nieces and nephews. Former owner of Coneen Asphalt and worked for Dibblee as well as the Ministry of Transportation. From 1960 to 1965 he served in the Canadian Armed Forces. As keeping with Rick’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday November 19th, 2021 from 6 – 8pm at Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St., E., Brockville, Ontario. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, those who wish to attend the visitation are encouraged to RSVP to the Funeral Home at 613-342-2792.
